He quickly shows that he sticks up for what he believes is right. The first time you meet Ifan he is sticking up for an elf that is being harassed by a couple humans. But once you meet him i think it is pretty clear that he is Chaotic Good. Before you meet him he probably aligned more to chaotic neutral or maybe just chaotic evil. He is really the only character who had a big moral change before you can meet and recruit him. I am going with evil as well because they use this structured system to exploit the lower class citizens to just follow inline. The lawful aspect is easy as it simply means they abide by some sort of structured system. He also frequently has options to talk down to other lizards again supporting the caste like societal system. He consistently makes remarks about slaves and I see his society as a caste like system. I did not care for a lot of his dialogue options but traditionally I never really played into a nobility background in any sort of RPG. I did not care for him so I did not take him on my second playthrough. Red Prince - The red prince is my main on one of my playthroughs. At this point I lean towards lawful good. I don’t think there is any question that she is good as she The debate for me is rating her between lawful good and neutral good. Lohse - Lohse the Jester/Bard she must be one of the most pure and good characters of the lot, ignoring the demon possessing her. He is willing to adventure with others though as long as he feels the companionship benefits him in some way. I also feel Fane would be the most likely character to go adventure by himself. When you first talk to Fane you can easily get a sense that he feels superior to the other races due to him being eternal. At the same time she does agree to join your party which makes me hesitant to call her chaotic evil but I would be willing to hear an argument.įane - Another character that i think may be relatively easy to judge. Her motives for revenge are mostly selfish so her alignment would not be in any way chaotic good. The first time you meet her she is making a death list and when you meet her on the beach she is getting ready to assassinate her first target. Sebille - I feel is one of the easiest origin characters to judge. My assumptions are based off conversations with these characters with a custom character as well as their TAG dialogue options when you control the character. Note: I do realize that anyone can control a character and say what they want with them. Please feel free to bring to the discussion whether or not their alignment changes as the game continues. My initial assessments here will be based on their starting alignment. One thing to note is a character’s alignment can change. I will be referencing D&D alignments so those of you not familiar just take a look over the wiki page! (Dungeons_%26_Dragons) Where do the Origin Character’s alignments fall? ![]() I am here to ask one (possibly not so simple) question. I said without foreknowledge though, most people probably kill at least a few things during the game, unless someone beforehand already decided they wanted one of their characters to be a purist, most people would fail the test.Looking for a Group to play with? Try this thread || Discussion Overview As far as I know, the requirements for passing the test are no killing and no stealing and that is not that impossible to do if you dedicated your character to be a buffer/healer with no thievery. Some people like to do purist runs, and it's not impossible to do it in this game. If you go by that criteria, then your character is evil regardless of what you do, because if you kill anyone, even out of defense or because the person/things were bad, you fail the test. Except those checks are pretty much impossible to pass legitimately without foreknowledge, i'm not counting the exploit you can do that allows you to pass them.
